The first winter day with snow is a wonderful time for a morning warm-up and to strengthen the chest and shoulder muscles. After the warm-up and interval training, we move to the nearby sports ground – Orlik 2012 – and get to work.
Below is a short video and simplified pull-up exercises for beginners who are starting pull-up training on a bar.
