Patients most often seek musculoskeletal rehabilitation to improve mobility and reduce discomfort related to the musculoskeletal system. Below are some forms of rehabilitation that we use for the most effective therapy:
Kinesiotherapy (therapeutic exercise):This method uses movement as a therapeutic tool. Patients perform exercises that help strengthen muscles, increase joint range of motion, and improve body flexibility. Exercises can be performed individually or using rehabilitation equipment.
According to the World Health Organization, therapeutic rehabilitation based on physical activity is an important component of improving functional health and quality of life.
Physiotherapy (physical therapy): This method uses various physical factors such as heat, cold (cryotherapy), electrical currents, or light to support the healing process. Physiotherapy can help reduce pain, improve blood circulation, and decrease inflammation.
Manual therapy: Performed by a physiotherapist, manual therapy aims to improve joint mobility and reduce muscle tension. It may include massage techniques, stretching, and joint manipulation.
PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation):A therapeutic method that stimulates the neuromuscular system through external stimuli and movement. It helps facilitate movement and improve coordination.

Exercises using equipment:This method uses special devices, such as a stationary bike or rotor machine, to strengthen muscles and improve joint mobility.

Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) therapy: Focuses on treating fascial dysfunctions that may affect the function of the musculoskeletal system.
According to the World Health Organization, rehabilitation should be individually tailored and performed under professional supervision.
Remember that the choice of rehabilitation method depends on the patient’s individual needs and medical diagnosis. It is advisable to consult a qualified specialist to select the appropriate therapy.
