Diets
Juice diet:
Involves drinking vegetable and fruit juices for a certain period.
May support body detoxification and weight reduction.
Medical consultation is recommended before starting a juice diet.
Anti-cancer diet:
Based on foods that may help reduce cancer risk.
Includes vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, and freshly squeezed juices without artificial additives.
Avoids foods that may acidify the body, such as refined white sugar.
Focuses on creating an alkaline and well-oxygenated environment in the body, which can be supported by drinking pH-9 water and taking 15-minute brisk walks up to five times per day.

Detoxification and body cleansing are carried out through daily coffee and urine enemas.
In addition, one-hour daily foot reflexology sessions are used to enhance body cleansing by stimulating receptors associated with the kidneys, large intestine, and liver.
Consult a doctor or dietitian before starting an anti-cancer diet.
Urine therapy:
Involves the use of urine for therapeutic purposes.
There is a lack of scientific evidence supporting its effectiveness.
May be dangerous if the urine is not properly processed.
Always consult a doctor before starting any diet or therapy.
